    delicious breakfast

    The location is really close to bukit bintang and food stalls. The city view from my queen-sized room was fine! The breakfast spread was great, especially the fresh made roti canai. Huge shoutout to min and amanda for their excellent service!

    The new Breakfast room in 6th floor is a pleasure. It's lofty, has less tables than the one in the ground floor, and is therefore very quiet, almost private. Selection on the buffet was satisfying, the service was good. The pool area is very nice.

    The only minor niggle is the water temperature in the bathroom - while the water is hot in the morning, it was only lukewarm in the evening.

    The room was comfortable

    The room was not cleaned properly. The bath tub was dirty and I had to ask them to come and clean it. Plus, the drain was clogged and water would not go down. The mini-bar was not replaced regularly. The carpet and the furniture too old and in bad shape with burns in the carpet.

    Enjoyed every detail about my just perfect 2 nights stay here. The double room was a nice size and extremely pleasant with the cakes. Its location was unbeatable, in a central shopping location. A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was good.

    Some of the staff were very rude.

    My family felt safe with the level of security deployed at the various entrance/exit point. Please keep this up as we singaporeans have read alot of negative news concerning robbery/thefts/stolen in the country. I drove there, so I was quite impressed that there were security guards patrolling the different levels of car park. I like the design of the room, very smart of the interior designer who thought of having compartmentalised shower area, toilet area and the basin in the bed room. The location of the hotel is great with all the shopping malls within walking distance. Another incident (see below) was that the duty manager acted with efficacy when smoke was detected in the children room (2004) and I was glad she took responsibility on the spot to rectify the problem immediately by offering another room for my kids to be able to sleep smoke-free eventually. This impressed me.

    My kids were staying in the other room 2004 when they had difficulty sleeping as smoke was entering into the room. Though it was a non- smoking room, I believed the smoke went into the air vent from surrounding rooms. Even the smoke detector had turned red, so obviously somone in the next room was smoking. Perhaps the managaement will want to verify there is no leakage in the air vent through air con or shower or toilet room. Thankfully the resourceful night manager for that night or rather morning (10 Jun 2011) offered another room so that they could have a peaceful sleep eventually.

    The Urban Family Suite was spacious, with a great pool and a fabulous water filter for refilling bottles. Loved the USB ports for charging and easy access to local food options.

    nice hotel in great location, very close to malls and monorail. the room was nice and cleaned.

    the swimming pool is ok but in the restrooms there are poor. no jacuzzi

    Comfortable hotel in an amazing location near Metro station, the services were excellent. The staff was outstandingly helpful and catered to our every need. Greatly enjoyed the way our a nice size and extremely pleasant room on the higher floors was arranged. We had exceptionally good breakfasts! Location: the venue was near shopping malls and restaurants, shopping areas and all shopping. Ate at Overseas Restaurant, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue...

    Orchid club very good. Great Location

    To be frank I have no fantastic word for the rooms. Its a normal 4* hotel standard. I took the twin deluxe and was enough for my family of 4. 2 twin bed was given. Hotel location will be great if you love shopping. Sungei Wang was just opposite Parkroyal. Lots of eateries within walking distance. We had our dinner at the ship restaurant which was 5 min walk from the hotel. The food was great especially the escargots. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic!!! Bring your kids together with you, be surprise when you had your final bill. That's all I can say.
