my stay at parkroyal collection was amazing! the location is really close to bukit bintang and food stalls. the city view from my queen-sized room was stunning! the breakfast spread was great, especially the fresh made roti canai. huge shoutout to min and amanda for their excellent service!

The Urban Family Suite was spacious, with a great pool and a fabulous water filter for refilling bottles. Loved the USB ports for charging and easy access to local food options.

My stay was marked by the exceptional service from staff, especially during check-in, which included an unexpected room upgrade. However, the shower facilities fell short of my expectations and needed attention.

The location is unbeatable, close to Bukit Bintang and great food spots.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more pet-friendly amenities available for our little dog.

The best part of my stay was the fantastic location near shopping and eateries! The staff were super friendly 😊. The room could've used better lighting though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the tranquil Lifestyle Premier King room. The Orchid lounge made our mornings special with an amazing à la carte breakfast, and the evening cocktails were delightful. The spa's Malaysian massage left us relaxed. Don’t miss the afternoon tea. it's a treat!

I truly enjoyed the hotel's eco-friendly decor and easy accessibility, which made navigating the areas seamless for seniors like myself. The staff were incredibly welcoming, adding to a warm atmosphere that felt like home during my stay.

Improve the lighting in the rooms.

The gym was awesome for a full-body workout, and we hit up Little India and Chinatown. Staff were super friendly. Keep in mind, check-in might take some time but it's worth it for the great location and cozy atmosphere.

We experienced a slight issue when the curtain rail fell down right after check-in, but it was fixed quickly.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The pool area was great for kids, but there were some maintenance issues, like non-working showers and a room mix-up on check-in. Service was lacking at times, but the staff was friendly overall.
